2012 EuroLeague Women Final 8


ELW Final 8 Logo ©  FIBA Europe  EuroLeague Women takes center stage in European women's basketball from Wednesday, 28 March until 1 April with the Final 8 tournament.

Galatasaray Medical Park are the hosts and hold the event in their home court, the Abdi İpekçi Arena.

The competition was modified in many aspects including the Final itself.

The eight teams have been divided into groups of four. At the end of the round robin competition on Friday the teams have a day rest.

On the final day the teams who finished last in each group play off for seventh place. The fifth place game follows for the teams that finished in third place.

The bronze medal game will see the groups' runners-up face each other before the grand final.

FIBA Europe TV will show all the games on their platform. However the package is not free. They will show one game per day free of charge.
