EuroBasket Women 2013
preparation plans for France

The French senior women's EuroBasket Women 2013 preparation plans have been officially confirmed by the French Basketball Federation (FFBB).

Just like in 2011 and 2012, the first camp takes place in Paris at INSEP with players not involved in the LFB play-offs or French Cup Final.

The first camp runs from 23 April until 2 May 2013. During this camp Pierre Vincent normally calls up 24 players.

This camp is is a try-out for players on the fringe of making it into the senior team as well as a fitness camp for established players whose season ended early or for players returning from injury.

The second camp which starts on 9 May 2013 consists of all the players who should be involved with the final preparation for EuroBasket Women.

This camp takes place in Lyon and ends with a three-match series against Italy between the 18-20 June 2013.

The third camp which is also held in Lyon takes place between 23-29 May. At the end of this camp France is hosting a 4-nation competition with matches against three other EuroBasket Women final qualifiers: Belarus, Lithuania and Russia.
