Mondeville had the better of the second quarter and reduced their deficit to 3 points at one stage.
Bourges Basket finished the first half by a late burst with scores from Anaël Lardy, Styliani Kaltsidou and Cathy Joens to go into the locker room leading (30-21).
Bourges controlled the second half of the match with all 10 players getting on the score sheet.
