The season is over for Caroline Aubert
USO Mondeville have had nothing but bad basketball news recently: Caroline Aubert is already out for the season, now four players are in quarantine because of H1N1 (Swine Flu).

The season came to an end for Caroline Aubert on Saturday, 14 November 2009, in a match against Challes-les-Eaux.

She suffered cruciate ligament injury, that will require surgery (an operation). She will then need a minimum of a 6-month rehabilitation.

Aubert did not play last season and had her first child in January 2009.

She was called up by Pierre Vincent to join the French team in preparation for EuroBasket 2009 last April but was not selected for the finals in Latvia.

Mondeville have four players in quarantine: Aurélie Bonnan, Clarisse Costaz, Esther Niamke-Moisan and Aija Putnina due to H1N1 (Swine Flu).

The club plays Sdent Sierre Basket from Switzerland in the EuroCup on Wednesday and should make an announcement later in the week about LFB matches.

With the remaining two point guards in quarantine and Touty Gandega also on the injured list Yacine Séné may have to take up the role for the next match.
