Basketball News: LFB roster change at Charleville-Mézières
The Flammes Carolo had hoped for plenty of basketball news headlines about the duo Bojana Vulic
(left) and Djéné Diawara.
Unfortunately Vulic who is 1m.91 (6'3") was unable to get into her stride despite a promising début during the Open LFB.
She took a slight knock during her third match which resulted in missing a couple of games. Since she was not able to get herself back into the team.
In total she appeared in six games for Charleville-Mézières and averaged 4.7 points a game.
Vulic, who is 26 years old, agreed to end her contract with the club and will continue the season with HATIS Yerevan in Armenia.
She played for HATIS Yerevan last season and fills the space created by the departure of Amanda Jackson to UHB last month.
She has also played basketball for clubs in Serbia, Slovenia and Turkey. Her only national team experience came at U18 level in 2002 with Serbia and Montenegro.
